The opportunity
We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role for an ambitious finance professional looking to accelerate their career and make a meaningful business impact. Reporting to the Vice President Finance, you will serve as a trusted business partner to operational and executive leadership, lead financial planning and performance management across North America, and help drive the continued evolution of our finance organization.
Key responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes

Serve as the finance business partner to executive leadership and operational management

Build advanced driver-based models to support strategic decision-making, capital allocation and investment decisions

Lead financial performance management across North American operations

Drive the transformation of FP&A through automation, business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics

Partner with plant leadership teams to identify and execute profitability and productivity improvement initiatives

Develop executive-level reporting and performance dashboards

Support M&A evaluations, strategic projects and other corporate development initiatives as required

Mentor and develop future finance talent within the organization[MC1]
Your qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
-
Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, operational finance or business partnering experience
-
Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a multi-site environment
-
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI or similar analytics platforms
-
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights and actions
-
Experience interacting with senior leadership and influencing business decisions
-
Experience with ERP, planning and reporting systems
-
Interest or experience in automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled business processes
