About Us Superblocks is building the frontier platform that enables a billion non engineers to create software with AI. We are reinventing how enterprises build internal systems and redefining the future of SaaS. Our platform is powered by Clark, an AI agent backed by organizational memory that can explore company data and generate enterprise software within strict security, compliance, and execution boundaries.

About the Role As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you'll own the technical success of a set of enterprise customers. You'll partner with platform administrators and application builders to deploy Superblocks, build production applications, solve complex technical challenges, and accelerate customer outcomes. As part of the team, you'll also contribute to onboarding, technical enablement, internal tooling, documentation, and product feedback.

What You'll Do

  • Own the technical onboarding and success for a set of enterprise customers

  • Guide customers on best practices and solution architecture• Partner with customer administrators to deploy and operate Superblocks in enterprise environments

  • Work directly with builders to design, build, and troubleshoot applications

  • Solve technical challenges across integrations, authentication, cloud infrastructure

  • Collect product feedback and work with Product Management to evolve the Superblocks platform

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes in production

  • Build and maintain internal applications on Superblocks to improve our own operations,

  • Create technical documentation, implementation guides, and reusable solution patterns

What We're Looking For

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent technical experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn quickly
  • Experience building software projects using modern programming languages and APIs
  • Excellent communication skills and an interest in working directly with customers
  • High ownership, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or SQL

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, networking, or enterprise authentication

  • Experience in solutions engineering, technical support, consulting, or customer-facing engineering
