Position Purpose:

As Principal Product Manager for Product Detail Pages, you will shape one of The Home Depot's most critical digital experiences, helping customers confidently choose the right products and driving measurable conversion and sales growth. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating customer needs, business priorities, and complex, ambiguous opportunities into focused initiatives that deliver results.

You will connect long-term strategy to hands-on execution - defining success metrics, making thoughtful tradeoffs, guiding experimentation, and staying close to delivery and outcomes. You will also establish the processes and ways of working that help teams make decisions, resolve obstacles, and deliver consistently. This role is a strong fit for a dynamic product leader who can set an ambitious vision, work through the details, and turn broad growth objectives into meaningful improvements for customers and the business. This role reports to the Director, Online Experiences.

  • 30% Team and Stakeholder - Partners with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery; Fosters collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments; Manages cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provides education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience
