Full job description
Work with patients who are motivated to move better, feel stronger, and get back to the activities that matter to them. ### Priority Care Rehab Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient clinic in New Hyde Park, NY. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building relationships with patients, tracking measurable progress, and providing individualized treatment in an active clinical environment. Youll manage your own patient caseload and guide each person through a personalized rehabilitation program, from the initial evaluation through ongoing treatment and progress toward their functional goals. ### What Were Looking For * Active state Physical Therapist license and registration * Graduate of a Physical Therapist education program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) * Outpatient experience preferred * Strong evaluation, treatment-planning, and patient-education skills * Ability to manage a caseload while providing individualized care * Authorized to work in the United States ### Position Details * Setting: Outpatient Clinic * Schedule: Full-Time (Mon/Wed 11A to 7P; Tue/Thu/Fri 9A to 5P) * Weekly Direct Deposit: hourly rate is based on relevant work experience * Location: New Hyde Park, NY We are also hiring for coverage every Saturday from 9A to 2P.
