Full job description
Description
Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS) is solving one of the most complex challenges businesses face today: running supply chains that are resilient, cost-efficient, and capable of keeping pace with customer expectations across every channel. What we did for cloud computing with AWS, we are now doing for logistics — we built the infrastructure to serve our own customers and have now opened that network to power any business, across every mile, every channel, and every customer.
We are seeking a driven, customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager to help shape go-to-market strategy and execution across the ASCS portfolio of supply chain solutions — including fulfillment, shipping, freight, and warehousing services. You will develop compelling positioning and messaging, enable cross-functional teams, and drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth.
This role requires someone who operates at both the strategic and tactical level — from building plans to rolling up sleeves on execution. You will work closely with Business Development, Product, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and the broader ASCS marketing team.
The ideal candidate is a B2B marketer who thrives in ambiguity, excels in cross-functional collaboration, and balances strategic thinking with attention to detail.
Key job responsibilities
-
Go-to-Market Execution: Support end-to-end GTM planning and execution for product launches, feature rollouts, pricing programs, and service expansions across the ASCS portfolio
-
Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and customer-facing messaging across SMB and Enterprise segments
-
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct research to understand merchant needs; use market and competitive intelligence to identify gaps, inform prioritization, and strengthen our value proposition
-
Sales & Partner Enablement: Equip sales, BD, and partner teams with tools, content, and narratives to communicate value — including one-pagers, solution briefs, battlecards, case studies, and presentations
-
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Define and execute integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels; develop segmentation and channel strategies to drive awareness and engagement
-
Cross-Sell & Portfolio Narrative: Partner with the broader ASCS PMM team to develop cross-sell narratives and ensure messaging ladders up to the unified ASCS portfolio story
-
Performance & Optimization: Define KPIs and measurement plans for campaigns; track ROI and optimize based on data and insights
-
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive initiatives in close partnership with Product, BD, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and the broader marketing organization
About the team
The ASCS Product Marketing team is the positioning and go-to-market engine within the broader ASCS marketing organization. Our mission is to deeply understand merchants, translate insight into clear and differentiated value propositions, and drive measurable adoption and growth. We operate at the intersection of Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations — combining analytical rigor with strong storytelling. Our culture is high-ownership, data-driven, and collaborative.
Basic Qualifications
-
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
-
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
-
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
-
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
-
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
-
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
