Summary
At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming great products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. The Services Central Marketing team at Apple is responsible for cultivating awareness and education of Apple's full suite of services and driving new customer acquisition through various paid and organic marketing channels.
Our growing team is looking for a Strategic Planning Lead supporting services. This role will collaborate closely with channel teams, marketing leads, creative strategists and analytics to build data-informed recommendations and campaigns. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize, adapt to change and multi-task within a dynamic environment.
Description
This role will be responsible for developing integrated media strategies within Apple Services, focusing on brand awareness campaigns with the understanding of how they connect with and support overall performance metrics and business impact. These will span channels that include Social, Digital, Custom Partnerships, Audio, CTV, OOH and others. This lead will build briefs, review media plans and consolidate information from various channels into clear presentations for stakeholders.
This role will also manage workflows between cross-functional teams, encouraging collaboration and overseeing the implementation of each strategy. This includes analyzing the performance of marketing channels and providing insights to ensure key partners understand plans, optimizations and results.
In addition to developing sophisticated marketing strategies, this lead will serve as the strategic thought leader for business stakeholders and provide direction on how to reach their desired audience via marketing channels, how to allocate budgets effectively for their objectives, and provide insight on branding and messaging within creative. The ideal candidate will clearly communicate challenges, solutions, recommendations, and perspectives that will be integral to the team’s success in a constantly evolving environment.
Minimum Qualifications

7+ years media planning and strategy experience, agency experience a plus.

Expertise in cross channel planning for full-funnel KPIs.

Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to build audience profiles, create clear communication plans, and develop channel level marketing strategies that tie back to business objectives.

BS/BA degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
-
A self-starter who can work autonomously with agility, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects at one time.

Familiarity with social media (owned, earned, paid), digital advertising platforms, traditional media channels (OOH, TV), and their relationship with each other in multifaceted, integrated campaigns.

Track record of measuring impact through different testing and measurement solutions with the ability to also share results and future recommendations in a digestible way.

Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working on subscription businesses a plus.
