Summary Ground-floor opportunity in a booming Tennessee market.
Build Something New — Where It’s Truly Needed We are exploring the launch of a new pediatric practice in Thompson Station and are seeking a pediatrician who wants more than a traditional associate role.
This is a rare opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up in a community with growing demand for accessible, high-quality pediatric care.
This is a provider-led expansion with flexibility around timing and location to ensure the right long-term fit. From day one, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical experience, care model, and community relationships of a practice built to last.
Why Thompson Station? Thompson Station is one of the fastest-growing cities in Middle Tennessee, attracting young families at a rapid pace.
- Just south of Franklin and Nashville

- Strong school systems and a highly family-driven demographic
- High demand for pediatric care with limited supply growth
This is a chance to step into a market where population growth is outpacing pediatric capacity.
The Role
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with families
- Help shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience
- Participate in community outreach and local partnerships
- Collaborate closely with medical and operational leadership
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for state medical licensure
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Interest in community engagement and practice-building
Compensation & Support
- Highly competitive compensation package
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Generous paid time off and holidays
- Malpractice coverage
- Full operational and administrative support
Why This Opportunity Stands Out This is not a replacement role. It is a chance to be a founding physician in a thoughtfully designed pediatric practice serving a community with real demand.
