About the Team Evisort brings AI-driven contract lifecycle management and contract intelligence into Workday. Our team connects Evisort with Workday's products — including Strategic Sourcing (WSS), Procurement, VNDLY, HCM, etc — so customers can manage a vendor relationship from sourcing through contract to payment, all in one place. We're building how a newly joined, fast-growing product line fits into the broader Workday ecosystem, which means the work changes often and your coordination keeps it all connected. About the Role
As a Program Manager on the Evisort team, you will keep a wide set of integration projects moving across Workday's product organization. You'll coordinate the work needed to connect Evisort with Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, VNDLY, HCM, and other Workday products, and make sure every team involved understands the plan and their part in it. You'll also manage Evisort's vendor contracts, handle access reviews and requests for engineering tools, and support team events like offsites and conferences. You'll coordinate cross-team projects tied to company-wide initiatives, manage communications around major deliverables (including with go-to-market teams), and build the working relationship with the Business Technology organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate integration projects between Evisort and Workday products such as Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, VNDLY, and HCM
- Manage contracts and relationships with Evisort's vendors
- Handle access reviews and requests for engineering tools
- Support organization-wide activities, including offsites and conferences
- Coordinate cross-team projects driven by company-wide initiatives
- Manage communications around major deliverables, including with go-to-market teams
- Build and maintain the relationship with the Business Technology organization
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
- 3+ years of experience planning and coordinating team offsites
Other Qualifications
- Stakeholder Management: Experience building relationships with both technical and non-technical teams to keep everyone moving toward the same goal, with the judgment to know when to bring in subject matter experts
- Program Management: Experience planning and coordinating work across multiple teams toward a shared outcome, without adding unnecessary process or overhead
- Change Management: Experience helping teams adjust and stay aligned as priorities and plans shift
- Risk Management and Mitigation: Experience spotting risks early across a program and helping teams resolve them before they cause delays
- Strategic Alignment: Strong communication and negotiation skills, across both technical and non-technical conversations, to help shape and influence decisions across teams and the organization

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
