Full job description

The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for the strategy, build, and execution of the company’s paid search and paid social and owns key adjacent revenue channels including content syndication and vendor directory placements. He/she drives continuous experimentation, performance optimization, and process improvements across paid media programs. They partner closely with regional Field Leaders across AMER, APJ, and EMEA to support regional advertising needs, lead gen goals, and in-region initiatives. This position reports to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and will have 2 direct reports. Role/Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, content syndication, vendor directories, and other performance media channels Lead, coach, and support a small team of digital marketing professionals to drive performance, accountability, and achievement of objectives Oversee campaign planning, execution, testing, measurement, and optimization to improve lead quality, pipeline contribution, ROI, and KPI attainment Manage channel performance through audience targeting, messaging, landing page alignment, conversion optimization, budget allocation, bidding strategy, creative iteration, and attribution review Build and manage ongoing experimentation roadmaps, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, landing page testing, and offer testing, and apply learnings to improve performance Deliver regular performance reporting, KPI tracking, forecasting, and actionable recommendations using analytics tools, dashboards, and performance trends Partner with regional Field Marketing Leaders across AMER, APJ, and EMEA to support regional events, programs, launches, and general aircover Collaborate with marketing operations, web, IT, content, field marketing, agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment, lead flow quality, measurement consistency, and campaign execution Manage digital marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency, impact, and business outcomes Ensure brand consistency, quality, and professionalism across digital marketing channels, campaigns, landing pages, and partner placements Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, platform updates, and performance media opportunities, and recommend innovative approaches where appropriate Qualifications 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including strategy and hands-on management of paid search, paid social, and performance channels Proven ability to drive lead generation, pipeline, campaign performance, and ROI outcomes Deep knowledge of digital channels, platforms, and tools, including PPC, paid social, content syndication, vendor directories, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics Strong understanding of performance marketing optimization, including tracking, bidding, budgeting, audiences, landing pages, conversion, and attribution Experience with paid media measurement, reporting, KPI tracking, funnel analysis, forecasting, and performance insights Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to testing, optimization, and decision-making Experience planning, managing, and optimizing budgets to maximize impact and efficiency Experience managing, coaching, and developing digital marketing team members Ability to collaborate with regional stakeholders and scale digital programs globally Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong organizational and time-management skills
