As the Associate Director of Residential Services – Administration, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

  • Providing oversight of financial operation across residential programs, including monthly documentation and timely submission to Finance

  • Managing and monitoring program budgets, expenditures, personal allowance accounts, and operational spending ensuring accurate tracking of purchase, credit card usage, and inventory

  • Collaborating with Finance and Purchasing to maintain fiscal integrity and support with audits ensuring compliance with agency and OPWDD guidelines

  • Providing training and ongoing support to Residential Supervisory staff on all aspects of residential billing

Associate Director of Residential Services – Administration Minimum Salary: $62,400.00/year

Associate Director of Residential Services – Administration Maximum Salary: $62,400.00/year

Associate Director of Residential Services – Administration Schedule: M-F 8:30am – 5:00pm with some flexibility, rotating subject to call

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED – must meet experience requirements

  • Associate Degree in Accounting preferred

  • 5+ years in OPWDD Residential Medical Billing

  • Previous experience supervising is preferred

  • A Valid NYS Driver’s License and personal transportation
