Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a highly motivated Area Air Logistics Healthcare Product Manager to lead the growth and development of our healthcare air logistics product portfolio across the United States. In this strategic role, you will drive innovation, operational excellence, compliance, and customer solutions within one of the fastest-growing and most critical logistics sectors.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, global healthcare experts, strategic customers, and industry partners, you will help ensure our healthcare solutions continue to meet the highest standards for quality, regulatory compliance, and service excellence.
As the National Air Logistics Healthcare Product Manager, you will be responsible for the continued growth and optimization of Kuehne+Nagel's healthcare airfreight service offerings. You will support product development initiatives, oversee compliance and quality standards, partner with operations teams, and help drive strategic healthcare logistics solutions nationwide.
This role can be seated in New York City, Atlanta or Miami
How you create impact

Develop and execute healthcare logistics growth strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.

Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for new products and service enhancements.

Lead healthcare product development initiatives and support implementation across the network.

Partner with operations teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to operational KPIs.

Support pricing strategies and value-added healthcare service offerings in collaboration with corporate pricing teams.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and quality certifications including WHO GDP, CEIV, and HealthChain requirements.

Act as a subject matter expert for healthcare transportation, packaging, and industry-specific operational requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Represent Kuehne+Nagel at industry conferences, customer meetings, and healthcare logistics forums.

Manage healthcare-related assets and solutions while supporting strategic customer growth initiatives.
What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Professional logistics or technical certifications preferred.

2-5 years of experience in Air Logistics, freight forwarding, healthcare logistics, product management, or product development.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare supply chain requirements.

Experience with healthcare compliance standards, including WHO GDP and temperature-controlled transportation regulations.

Demonstrated leadership experience in both direct and matrix organizations.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Travel Requirements
This role requires approximately 40% travel , including both domestic and international travel, to support customers, stations, operations, and industry engagements.
- Fluent English communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
