Full job description
About Nooks.ai: Nooks is an applied AI lab building revenue agents that power some of the fastest growing companies in the world. We build AI agents that operate across the full revenue lifecycle, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals. Today, over 2000 customers power their revenue growth using Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We've raised over 70M USD from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and we have more than tripled ARR each year for 3 years running.
We're looking for our first Head of Product Marketing to build and lead Product Marketing at Nooks as we move from a single product to a platform of revenue agents. You'll own how we position, package and bring our products to market so buyers understand why Nooks wins. That includes platform and solution positioning across inbound, outbound, deal management and expansion, the launch process with Product and Engineering, and the narrative and content behind how our sales team sells. We believe the best product marketing shows rather than tells. You'll set that standard for the team, using demos, prototypes and visual product stories to make our technical differentiation clear to buyers, analysts and the field. You'll build and lead a team of product marketers aligned to our product areas, and partner closely with Product, Sales, our GTM Enablement leader and the rest of Marketing. About the role:
-
Own our positioning and messaging
-
Define platform and solution positioning grounded in deep customer, buyer and market insight
-
Develop messaging that translates technical capabilities into clear value for sales, RevOps and executive buyers
-
Partner with Product leadership to shape the roadmap, pricing and packaging
-
Lead go-to-market for every launch
-
Own the launch process end to end, from tiering and planning through execution and post-launch adoption
-
Partner with Communications & Content, Growth Marketing, and Field & Executive Marketing to bring launches to market
-
Show, don't tell
-
Make demos, prototypes and visual product stories the team's default way of explaining what makes Nooks different
-
Build flagship demos and narratives for launches, keynotes and analyst briefings
-
Equip the field
-
Own the enablement narrative, enablement content and product enablement, in close partnership with our Director of GTM Enablement in Sales
-
Make sure every rep can position, demo and differentiate Nooks with confidence
-
Build market and competitive insight
-
Run win-loss, competitive intelligence and analyst relations programs that sharpen our narrative and inform strategy
-
Build the team
-
Hire and develop a team of product marketers aligned to our product areas
-
Establish the operating rhythms, launch processes and quality bar that let the function scale
About you:
-
10+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B technology company, including at least 3 years leading a team
-
Track record of building positioning and messaging for complex, technical products and multi-product platforms
-
Technical depth on AI, data or developer-adjacent products, with a record of showing differentiation through demos and product stories, not only slides
-
Experience leading major launches and partnering with Sales on enablement
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication: you can make complex ideas simple and compelling
-
Uses data and customer insight to set priorities and measure impact
-
Experience in sales technology, revenue intelligence or AI products, ideally through hypergrowth or a move upmarket
-
AI-first working style, with a passion for using AI to move faster and raise the bar on craft
