Full job description
About Nooks.ai: Nooks is an applied AI lab building revenue agents that power some of the fastest growing companies in the world. We build AI agents that operate across the full revenue lifecycle, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Building 0→1 has never been easier, but selling at the speed of the market remains the last frontier for AI. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals. Today, over 2000 customers power their revenue growth using Nooks, including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling. We've raised over 70M USD from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, and we have more than tripled ARR each year for 3 years running.
We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how Nooks releases reach existing customers and the field, and to grow adoption after launch. Nooks ships new capabilities every week across several product areas, and most customers only see a fraction of what they've bought. You'll run release marketing, build adoption programs with Customer Success and Growth Marketing, and give our Upsell team what it needs to expand accounts. You'll make every meaningful release easy to understand and easy to try, through short demos, walkthroughs and before-and-after stories. You'll report to the Head of Product Marketing and partner with Product, Customer Success and Sales. About the role:
-
Run release marketing
-
Own the release process across all product areas, including tiering, release notes, in-app announcements, customer communications and field updates
-
Show, don't tell
-
Build short demos, walkthroughs and before-and-after stories that make each release easy to understand and try
-
Grow adoption
-
Gather customer insight on adoption barriers and bring it back to Product
-
Design adoption programs that move customers from one agent to several, with Customer Success and Growth Marketing
-
Measure adoption of what we ship, and use the results to decide where to invest
-
Equip the field
-
Own product enablement on new releases, and partner with GTM Enablement so the field knows what's new and how to show it
-
Equip the Upsell sales team with expansion narratives and proof points
About you:
-
5+ years of product marketing or customer marketing experience at a B2B technology company
-
Experience running launches or releases across several product teams
-
Technical depth to understand how new capabilities work, and the ability to show them through demos and walkthroughs, not only release notes
-
Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate technical features into customer-facing benefits
-
Experience managing cross-functional efforts with Product, Customer Success and Sales
-
Uses product and adoption data to spot opportunities and drive results
-
Ideally, experience with expansion, cross-sell or product-led growth motions and with in-app messaging tools
-
AI-first working style, including using AI tools to quickly build demos, walkthroughs and content
