Full job description

About Conduit Conduit is an AI agent platform purpose-built for hospitality. Hotels, vacation rentals, and resorts use our agents to automate millions of workflows across guest communication and operations, all to give their guests a better experience. Hospitality is 10% of global GDP and it turns on customer experience. Resolving a guest request immediately is most of that experience, and resolving one means moving across several tools and between several people. That coordination is the work, and it is what our agents do. Role: Product Marketing Manager We ship something new every week. You make sure operators understand what it does for them. You own launches, positioning, and the material sales uses to win, and you make product content that works across every channel. You report to our Head of Marketing. Until that seat is filled, you report to Punn, our CTO and co-founder. Why this role is different

  • You work straight from the product. You sit with the engineers who build the agents and see features before they ship.

  • You write for operators, not for other marketers. A general manager or a property manager should read your work and know what changes in their day.

  • You do the work yourself, with AI tools, and ship every week.

What the work looks like

  • Launches. Taking what engineering ships and turning it into announcements, demos, and release notes.

  • Positioning and messaging for each segment (hotels, vacation rentals, resorts) and each product.

  • Sales enablement. Pitch decks, one-pagers, and competitive battlecards the sales team actually uses.

  • Case studies. Sitting in on sales and support calls, and turning what operators say into customer stories.

  • Product content, including social posts about the product, made to be shared across every channel.

  • Competitor tracking, kept current.

Who you are

  • You have at least 1 year of product marketing experience, ideally 2 or more, at a B2B SaaS or AI company, and can show launches you owned.

  • You communicate exceptionally clearly, in writing and out loud.

  • You can take a technical product and explain it in the words a buyer uses.

  • You are comfortable using AI tools to do more of the work yourself.

  • Bonus: hospitality, travel, or marketplace experience.

  • This role is onsite in San Francisco. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US; we generally do not sponsor visas.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $130K to $175K base

  • 0.03% to 0.10% equity

  • Comprehensive health insurance and 401k match

  • Dinner covered every day

Interview Process

  • Founder call with Punn. The pitch-back: the elevator pitch for the last product you launched.

  • Portfolio deep dive with Punn. One or two launches you are proud of, end to end, including who owned each piece. This can run as one or two calls.

  • Working session with Punn or Cole. We give you a feature we just shipped. You write the launch brief and the headline, and tell us who should hear about it first.

  • Fit call with Punn and Cole.
