1、协助总经理制定并执行餐厅整体运营策略，统筹前厅、后厨、服务、采购及成本控制等核心模块的日常管理与优化； 负责餐厅服务质量标准体系建设与落地监督，持续提升顾客满意度与品牌口碑； 2、主导员工培训与发展计划，包括服务流程、食品安全、应急处理及管理能力培养，打造高绩效运营团队； 3、监控经营数据（如翻台率、客单价、毛利率、人力成本占比等），定期分析并提出改进方案，确保门店盈利目标达成； 4、协调跨部门资源，推动新品推广、营销活动落地及客户关系维护，支持区域业务增长目标。

1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、餐饮管理或相关专业优先； 2、具备10年以上餐饮企业运营管理经验，其中至少5年在品牌酒店担任餐饮经理同等管理岗位； 3、熟悉餐饮全链条运营，精通服务标准制定、人员梯队建设、成本管控及食品安全管理体系（如HACCP、ISO22000等）； 4、具备优秀的团队领导力与跨部门协同能力，能有效激励一线团队并推动执行力落地； 5、具备较强的数据分析意识与商业敏感度。 6、具备一定的培训授课能力。
