Full job description

The primary objective is to maximize the profitability of the BMS & SAS businesses by strategically leveraging pricing mechanisms.

This role is accountable for developing and executing pricing strategies across both BMS & SAS. Responsibilities include analyzing market dynamics and competitive positioning to establish pricing for products, contracts, and large-scale projects.

The Pricing Manager will drive financial outcomes by utilizing advanced marketing tools and frameworks, enforce discount controls, and provide competitive insights to inform pricing decisions. Additionally, the role requires building comprehensive knowledge of BMS & SAS product features and value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead value management and value-based pricing initiatives

  • Provide expertise in pricing for products, software, and services

  • Define and monitor the market and competitive landscape

  • Maintain and update product mappings relative to competitors

  • Formulate and implement pricing strategies

  • Oversee program and project management related to pricing initiatives

  • Drive strong financial performance and results

  • Manage transactional pricing processes

  • Conduct thorough market research

  • Develop and maintain pricing databases

  • Create analytical toolkits to support bids and service renewals

  • Support decoupled growth strategies for business expansion

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of service and large commercial building project pricing and associated market dynamics

  • Software Pricing experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities

  • Proven track record of driving pricing strategies and achieving results

  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Master's degree or advanced certification is a plus
