Full job description
Description The “Qualified Success Architect, Internal Enablement” will own the day-to-day execution of internal enablement for Qualified's Customer Success organization. You'll be the go-to resource for new hires as they ramp up on our Agentic Marketing Platform and Piper the AI SDR Agent, and you'll keep our CS/QSA team sharp through ongoing live training and up-to-date knowledge resources.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own the new hire onboarding program for new Qualified Success Architects (QSAs) — serving as their primary point of contact, checking in regularly, coordinating system access, and following up with IT to keep onboarding moving
- Drive new hires toward QSA certification, tracking progress and proactively pushing pace when things stall
- Coordinate and host CS 5-star Enablement — our biweekly live training sessions for the CS/QSA team — partnering with Product and subject matter experts to ensure content is ready and relevant
- Keep our internal knowledge base (Guru) current, including managing knowledge agents
- Support larger enablement projects and initiatives alongside the Manager of CS Enablement
- Build strong product knowledge across the Qualified platform so you can serve as a trusted resource the broader CS/QSA team leans on
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role — experience with Qualified's platform is a strong plus
- Experience coaching or teaching colleagues — whether as a team lead, informal mentor, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple onboarding timelines and projects at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with (or aptitude for) knowledge management tools like Guru, Notion, or similar platforms
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and subject matter experts to keep training content current
- Deep curiosity about the product — you enjoy going deep on how things work
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles
- Passion for setting up new team members for long-term success
