Job Description

One of our large federal clients is looking for two embedded software engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in an embedded environment specifically with modern C++. Experience with cryptography is also required. This candidate must possess at least an active Secret level government clearance and be local and willing to work onsite in Camden, NJ five days per week.

Skills and Requirements

-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field 6+ years of experience developing applications on simulated and target hardware

-Usage of a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS), such as Green Hills Integrity, VxWorks, or similar

-Object-oriented design and implementation experience, with exposure to software modeling and UML tools such as IBM Rhapsody or MagicDraw/Cameo

-Experience developing device drivers and Board Support Packages for real time embedded systems

-Experience with Modern C++ techniques

-Utilize a variety of software languages (primarily C/C++ and Rust), implementing software for embedded real time operating systems

-Experience with Information Assurance and/or cryptography

-Experience with NSA Type 1 certification or other SW certification such as DO-178 -Rust experience
