Pay or shift range: $36 USD to $44 USD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, shift, benefit selection or other job-related reasons.

Registered Nurse (RN)Rate: $36-$44/hour (depending on experience)Sign-On-Bonus: Up to $7,500Shift Differential: $2.00 extra for evening and overnight.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide nursing care in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and facility policies

Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition, communicating concerns to providers, supervisors, and families as appropriate

Administer medications, treatments, IV therapies, and enteral feedings within the RN scope of practice

Accurately document assessments, care provided, treatments, and resident responses
-
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure quality resident care and timely completion of assigned tasks
-
Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members
-
Ensure resident care plans and clinical documentation remain current and accurate
-
Follow infection control, safety, resident rights, and confidentiality standards
-
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing staff education activities

Perform additional duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License required

Current CPR Certification required
-
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with the geriatric population preferred

Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skills
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Ability to supervise nursing assistants and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
