What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the support functions that keep the Owner Advisor team organized, auditable, and ready to scale.

  • Manage contracts support, document control, reporting coordination, and PMIS integration while supporting program staffing and business operations.

  • Supervise support staff and establish consistent procedures, service expectations, and escalation routes.

  • Coordinate staffing plans, onboarding, access-request routing, training compliance, travel, and administrative continuity.

  • Maintain the deliverable calendar and coordinate verified inputs for client reports, invoices, and program reviews.

  • Oversee document governance, PMIS workflows, reporting quality, and data stewardship with technical leads.

  • Coordinate commercial records and subcontractor support with authorized corporate procurement/contracts personnel.

  • Own Playbook assembly, version control, lessons capture, training logistics, and orderly records handoff.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project/construction management, or a related field

  • 10+ years of program operations experience, including 3+ years leading staff or support functions.

  • Experience with project administration, reporting, resource coordination, and controlled business processes.

  • Ability to coordinate technical and administrative teams, manage deadlines, and maintain reliable records.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • PMP or relevant operations/project management credential; federal AEC program experience.

  • Experience implementing PMIS/document workflows, supporting audits, and developing reusable program procedures.
