  • Vertical Strategy: Deepen Wise Platform’s presence in the Fintech sector by researching market trends, targeting key decision-makers, and crafting tailored value propositions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Strategy teams to negotiate complex commercial contracts and ensure seamless client onboarding.

  • Pipeline & Metric Rigor: Build and maintain a qualified enterprise pipeline, providing accurate forecasting against targets and contributing best practices to scale our US enterprise sales strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Enterprise Sales Experience: 5+ years selling complex technology solutions to enterprise accounts, with at least 2+ years in a closing capacity selling API infrastructure, enterprise fintech, embedded finance, or complex B2B SaaS solutions.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding revenue quotas, targets, and sales KPIs.

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across North America as needed for executive presentations, partner meetings, and industry conferences. Preferred Qualifications

  • Fintech Industry Network: Established network of key payment and finance decision-makers across the work management vertical.

  • Technical Acumen: Proven success selling API-first solutions, with the technical depth to comfortably guide integration discussions with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams.

  • Strategic Solution Selling: Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and executive alignment, with a focus on tailoring value propositions directly to client pain points.

  • Annual self-development budget.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance – including HSA and FSA options.

  • Company-paid Life Insurance, Short & Long-Term Disability, and EAP program.

  • Flexible working model – a mix of remote and in-office work.

  • Relocation expenses covered.

  • Generous PTO, sick days, holidays, compassionate leave, and paid “Me” days.

  • Paid 6-week sabbatical leave after four years.

  • 401k with up to a 4% employer match.

  • Recognized as a 2025 Austin BuiltIn Best Award winner for Best Places to Work.
