County Materials is seeking a Regional Branch Manager L&M to lead and support branch operations across Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a results-driven, growth-oriented leader with strong business development skills, the ability to build and staff high-performing teams, and the capability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive profitable sales growth across multiple retail branch locations. Job Summary: The Regional Branch Manager L&M is responsible for the overall leadership, sales performance, business development, staffing strategy, and operational success of up to 20 branch locations. This position partners closely with Branch Managers to develop and implement strategic plans that increase profitable sales, expand customer relationships, identify market opportunities, strengthen staffing levels, and improve customer service, inventory management, workforce planning, hiring, training, coaching, retention, safety, and operational consistency. The Regional Branch Manager establishes clear expectations, promotes accountability, and supports a positive team environment aligned with County Materials' standards, values, policies, and business goals. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and support retail branch operations across the assigned Wisconsin territory to achieve sales growth, service, operational, safety, staffing, and profitability goals.
