Position Overview
Fujifilm's consumer e-commerce business runs on a composable stack: commercetools for commerce, a headless front end, a product personalization engine, Klaviyo for lifecycle marketing, and supporting tools for content, search, analytics, and customer support. This role keeps that stack running well day to day and helps shape where it goes next.
The Manager, E-Commerce Platforms is the team's hands-on owner for platform administration and vendor operations across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) storefronts. You will administer our SaaS tools, manage day-to-day vendor relationships, and support evaluations of new components such as CMS, search, and marketing tools. You will take operational vendor work off the Senior Director's plate so the department can focus on strategy and growth.
This is a strong fit for someone with a few years of platform or marketing technology experience who wants to grow into composable commerce architecture and vendor strategy. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Analytics, Marketing, IT, Procurement, Legal, and our systems integrator partners.
