As a Vendor Administrator at Lithia & Driveway, you'll play an important role in supporting the integrity and compliance of our vendor operations. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Finance Operations, or Auditing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. You'll partner across teams to maintain accurate vendor records, support reporting and compliance efforts, and help drive process improvements that support operational excellence across the organization.
Location: Medford, OR ( hybrid ideal, open to remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST
Target Hiring Range: $20.00 – $21.00/hr
What You'll Do

Build and maintain vendor records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Audit vendor data for accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement

Collect, review, and verify certificates of insurance

Support year-end 1099 processing activities

Generate and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor reporting

The full compensation range for this position is $16.85–$24.05/hr, reflecting the earning potential and growth opportunities available within the role. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Final pay decisions are made through the interview process and in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
