About the Role

Join an established, award-winning, walk-in, cash-based chiropractic clinic with a strong and growing patient base in Groton and the surrounding eastern Connecticut community.

Our Groton clinic was voted Best Chiropractic Clinic and Best Alternative Medicine Practice in the 2026 Best of the Day Readers’ Choice Awards in Eastern Connecticut.

Located in a strong military and submarine community, our clinic serves a diverse and highly engaged patient population.

Our practice focuses on full spinal and extremity adjustments using diversified and manual techniques, drop table, and activator. We serve adults, youth, and pediatric patients in a supportive, modern wellness environment where doctors can focus on patient care while our team handles marketing, operations, staffing, and administration.

We utilize clear clinical systems to support a consistent, efficient patient experience within a collaborative care team model while allowing doctors to exercise professional clinical judgment.

Our clinics combine the resources and recognition of The Joint Chiropractic’s national brand with local ownership and leadership by the Area Developers for eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. We are actively building a growing multi-clinic network across the region, creating long-term opportunities for doctors who want to grow with the organization.

As our network expands, doctors who demonstrate sustained clinical excellence, reliability, leadership, and long-term commitment may eventually have opportunities to take on Clinical Director responsibilities, including associate mentorship, clinical oversight, training, and helping shape clinic culture across multiple locations.

Future partnership opportunities may also be available for select doctors who demonstrate exceptional performance, leadership, and long-term commitment. In certain cases, qualified doctors may have the opportunity to serve in a Professional Corporation (PC) role, in accordance with state regulations.

We welcome both experienced chiropractors and newer graduates looking for mentorship, structured systems, strong patient exposure, and a clear path for professional growth.

Schedule & Start Date

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

• Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours per week, including Saturday rotations

Part-Time: Fixed weekly schedule with consistent hours

Doctors may occasionally provide support across our eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island clinic network based on operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $85,000–$105,000, based on schedule structure, experience, and demonstrated performance history within this model, when applicable

Training & Support

Responsibilities

• Provide chiropractic adjustments and patient consultations

• Deliver care within an established walk-in clinical model

• Educate patients on routine chiropractic care and long-term wellness

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Coordinate imaging or referrals when clinically appropriate

• Collaborate with other doctors to provide continuity of care

• Build long-term patient relationships in a fast-paced clinical setting

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) from an accredited chiropractic college

• Active Connecticut chiropractic license or ability to obtain prior to start date

• NBCE Parts I–IV passed

• Eligible for malpractice insurance
