What You’ll Excel At

  • Providing direct nursing and personal care with professionalism, empathy, and strong clinical judgment

  • Monitoring resident conditions and responding promptly to changes

  • Preparing and administering medications as prescribed

  • Performing accurate, timely charting in accordance with documentation standards

  • Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents

  • Leading and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other unit staff

  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care

  • Communicating effectively with families, physicians, and supervisors

  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and facility policies

  • Reporting safety concerns or suspected abuse immediately

Schedule Options

  • Flexible shift lengths:7.5 hours

  • Positions available:Full-time and Part-time

Salary Description

$33 - $40 per hour
