Role Summary :

As the Senior Analyst reporting to the Senior Director Treasury, you will enhance your knowledge of core Treasury functions, including capital markets, capital structure, pension and investments, and risk management. You will be primarily assisting with front-office activities, including short-term funding, capital markets transactions, management of pension investments, and supporting the hedging of the Company’s financial risk. In addition, working as part of the Treasury Team, you will be responsible for financial modeling, have the opportunity to deliver presentations to senior management, and contribute to various cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Liquidity Management and Capital Structure Strategy: Direct daily liquidity operations and support strategic capital planning through the execution of multi-currency commercial paper program ($3bn) and excess cash investments, calculate cost of capital metrics, and support preparation of the 5-year financial forecasting model and materials for rating agency engagements, Capital Structure Strategy Committee and Board of Directors including peer benchmarking.

  • Cash Flow & Interest Expense Forecasting and Optimization: Manage the end-to-end forecasting process by compiling short and medium-term Corporate cash flow projections ($4bn) and coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual global interest expense ($300mm) updates with regional treasury, tax, and accounting partners to analyze variances and improve predictive accuracy.

  • Risk Management: Perform the global month-end FX rate update process, execute Corporate SAP FX hedge requests and hedge documentation, and deliver data-driven trade recommendations and exposure analytics to assess financial statement impacts. Partner in our treasury policy updates, and creation and presentation to the Financial Risk Management Committee on liquidity and capital structure strategy.

  • Management of US Pension Investments (DB and DC Plans): Support the operational and fiduciary activities of the US retirement plans by assisting with selection and monitoring of investment managers and trustees, executing asset rebalancing, investment fund due diligence reviews, and ensuring compliance through SOX control management, financial reporting (11-K/Form 5500), and the coordination of external audits and invoice reconciliations.

  • Treasury Reporting and Process Improvement: Optimize our treasury reporting and operational efficiency by driving process standardization and increased automation while compiling critical data for our 10-K, 10-Q, and Quarterly Treasury Reports and producing the share-of-wallet analytics used to support our key banking relationships and revolver renewal negotiations.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, Finance, or a related function, with a demonstrable focus on debt/capital markets, liquidity, risk management, and pension and investment at a multinational corporation.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, and Google Suite proficiency.

  • Knowledge of SAP Treasury module or S/4HANA and global banking connectivity platforms Working knowledge of data visualization/BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to further enhance treasury reporting and analytics capabilities.

  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to streamline reporting, perform advanced data analysis, and drive process automation within the Treasury function.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $96,800.00 - $137,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
