Full job description
Supervise 2 Job Coaches. Work with individuals and under the OPWDD, Access- VR, OMH, DOH and OTDA. Complete intakes & assessments to identify client skills, interests, and employment barriers. Create personalized vocational action plans and goals for each client. Assist clients in resume writing, job searching, interviewing, and workplace etiquette. Secure job placements and provide ongoing transition support. Connect employers, and coordinate referrals to community & social services.
