Full job description
Complete intakes and run vocational discovery to map strengths & career goals. Develop individual job sites and prepare written Staff Action Plans. Deliver on-site job training, "follow-along" supports, counseling & advocacy. Solicit referrals from Access-VR, SCDSS, OMH and partner providers. Maintain liaison with worksite management and client families. Track job development activity and complete weekly & monthly reports. Valid NYS Driver's License.
