This role supports our Population Health team, and much of our work revolves around regulatory reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and helping leadership make informed decisions based on data. As a Senior Clinical Quality Analyst, you'll be a force for positive change, guiding the development of comprehensive care plans that will help others live healthier lives. Join us and help guide our efforts to improve the patient experience.

If you are located in New Mexico, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations

  • Validating data and investigating performance trends and outliers

  • Translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for operational and clinical leaders

  • Supporting quality improvement and population health initiatives across the organization

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of health care experience

  • 3+ years of experience extracting data with tools such as SAS, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing performance improvement projects or using data to develop intervention strategies to improve outcomes

  • Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, analyze data, identify trends, assist with reporting, or support analytical workflows would also be highly desirable

  • Ability to collect, analyze and present data

  • Ability to travel up to 10% within a designated territory

  • Reside in the State of New Mexico

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coding experience is a major plus

  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Access Databases and VBA

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives.
