About Salesforce Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Senior UX Product Designer – Design Systems role sits within our User Interface & User Experience org, working on the dedicated design system for Informatica products, the design standards that ensure consistency and quality across that product suite. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with hybrid flexibility, you will shape the visual foundation of our cloud data management products, create usage documentation, and leverage AI-powered prototyping to drive accessibility and coherence across every product surface. As AI redefines how people interact with software, you will be at the center of building the design system that makes that future look and feel exceptional.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Drive the evolution of the dedicated design system for Informatica products by delivering high-quality visual assets: UI mockups, icons, illustrations, and component specifications that set the standard for consistency and accessibility across all products.
- Partner with UX product designers, visual design leads, and UI engineers to validate, scale, and ship design solutions that work across responsive and accessible surfaces.
- Write and govern component usage documentation, ensuring design standards are clearly understood and consistently applied across teams building against the design system.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools, including Figma Make, generative AI, and emerging prototyping tools, to prototype, animate, and extend design system components, accelerating the team's output and exploring new interaction patterns.
- Champion design standards across product teams through design reviews, constructive feedback, and implementation support with dev and QA.
You're Our Person If...
- You have 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for enterprise web products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual design craft, component-level thinking, and design system contribution.
- You bring system-level thinking and deep knowledge of responsive, accessible, and inclusive design, and can articulate those decisions clearly in component guidelines and specs.
- You are fluent in AI-assisted design workflows and understand how tools like Claude, Figma Make, and generative AI can accelerate design system work.
- Understanding of component design, design tokens, and how design systems scale across teams.
- You have experience writing or governing component usage documentation at scale, and can translate design decisions into guidelines other teams can consistently apply.
- Strong visual design skills and a design related degree or design training required.
Even Better If...
- You have hands-on experience with Figma Make, Claude, or similar AI prototyping tools.
- You have working knowledge of web and mobile and can bridge the gap between design specs and front-end implementation.
- You bring a user-centered design perspective that considers the full range of users, including those with accessibility needs.
- You have experience with UX methods and design thinking, including running cross-functional workshops, framing problem definitions, and validating design solutions, to drive alignment across teams.
Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
