Construction Superintendent

Red Dog Contracting Services LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements. Duties: - Oversee daily construction activities and job-site operations - Coordinate employees, subcontractors, materials, and equipment - Review project plans, specifications, schedules, and work requirements - Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management - Help ensure work is completed according to plans and quality expectations - Identify and address job-site issues that may affect the project schedule - Coordinate project activities with subcontractors and other trades - Maintain a safe and organized job site - Enforce company and job-site safety requirements - Maintain project documentation and field records as required Qualifications: - Knowledge of construction operations and job-site management - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Ability to coordinate multiple crews, subcontractors, and project activities - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage schedules and changing project priorities - Commitment to construction safety and quality
