MEP Superintendent - Data Center Construction

Pampa, TX, United States | Equipment Solutions SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to review, provide analysis, management, and resolution of field coordination issues with project team members and participants. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location. RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide coordination, planning, and supervision for MEP scopes of work - Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service - Plan and implement to ensure materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule - Review construction documents for completeness and constructability - Review and understand contract documents - Coordinate plans and specifications with design engineers, resolving discrepancies - Participate in the development and management of project schedules, including three and six-week look-ahead schedules - Develop a site logistics plan - Manage the utilization of Mortenson tools and equipment - Collaborate with project partner superintendents QUALIFICATIONS - Associate or bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or 10 years trade experience - Minimum 8 years of construction experience with two of those years having supervisory experience, preferably with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor - Ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex data center projects - Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks []{.TextR}
