Position Summary
The Manager, Product Marketing, Eyes, Lips & LTO is responsible for driving the global strategy, development, and execution of product marketing initiatives across the Eyes, Lips, and Limited-Time Offer categories. This role partners closely with Product Development, Creative, Consumer Insights, Commercial, and Regional teams to build compelling product stories, deliver successful launches, strengthen category performance, and support Too Faced brand and business growth globally.
Product & Category Strategy

Support the development and execution of global product marketing strategies for the Eyes, Lips, and LTO categories.

Translate brand objectives, consumer insights, and market trends into category priorities and product opportunities.

Partner cross-functionally to develop innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies.

Create product positioning, claims, messaging, and storytelling that reinforce the Too Faced brand.

Monitor category performance and identify opportunities to optimize assortments and support growth.
Innovation & Product Development

Manage product innovation projects from concept through launch.

Develop product briefs based on consumer insights, trends, competitive activity, and business objectives.

Partner with Product Development, Packaging, Creative, and Operations to deliver products on time and within scope.

Guide recommendations across formulas, shades, packaging, naming, claims, and assortments.

Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and key decisions throughout the development process.

Support financial planning to ensure innovation aligns with business objectives.
Launch Planning & Performance

Develop global launch plans, key messaging, and success metrics.

Partner with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive global launches.

Create launch toolkits and marketing assets to support execution across markets.

Track launch performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Lead post-launch evaluations and apply learnings to future initiatives.
Global Market Enablement

Partner with regional teams to ensure alignment on category strategies and launch priorities.

Gather and synthesize consumer, competitive, retailer, and market insights.

Support rollout planning, assortment recommendations, and market-specific needs.

Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and executional excellence across regions.
Business & Process Management

Manage key marketing tools and documentation, including innovation calendars, launch trackers, category plans, and performance reports.

Oversee priorities, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables with accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-
5+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, innovation, or category management, preferably within beauty or consumer products.

Experience managing product launches and partnering with global or regional teams.
-
Strong understanding of product development, go-to-market planning, category performance, and the beauty competitive landscape.

Excellent strategic thinking, storytelling, communication, and project management skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate consumer, market, and financial data into actionable recommendations.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
