Work You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...

  • Supporting strategy, transformation, and supply chain engagements

  • Conducting current-state assessments, research, and analysis to identify operational challenges, risks, and improvement opportunities

  • Developing deliverables, presentations, workplans, and recommendations that support decision-making and execution

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and document business needs

  • Supporting implementation planning, operating model design, process improvement, and change adoption activities

Our Supply Chain & Network Operations offering advises, implements, and operates transformational solutions that bring world class supply network capabilities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, business transformation, supply chain, network operations, or operations improvement

  • 1+ years of experience supporting transformation, implementation, or operating model initiatives

  • Experience developing analyses, recommendations, and deliverables using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, or supporting stakeholder workshops

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Ability to work 2-3 days per week onsite at a Deloitte office or client site

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • Master's degree

  • 3+ years of experience supporting supply chain or network operations transformation programs

  • 3+ years of experience with process improvement, operating model design, or implementation planning

  • 2+ years of experience developing business cases, roadmaps, or executive-level presentations

  • 2+ years of experience working on cross-functional project teams in a consulting environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $171,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
