They proactively identify opportunities to help clients achieve their goals while partnering closely with delivery teams to ensure exceptional outcomes and long-term relationships.
Slalom South Central is seeking a Director, Client Partner to help grow our Healthcare portfolio with a primary focus on the Louisville, Kentucky market. This leader will be responsible for expanding strategic relationships with healthcare organizations, driving business development efforts, and helping clients navigate complex business and technology transformations.
We are seeking a dynamic business leader with a strong healthcare background and a proven track record of growing accounts, developing new business, and building trusted relationships across healthcare organizations.
What You'll Do
Partner with clients to influence both business and technology strategy, identifying opportunities where Slalom can deliver measurable value.
Drive business development efforts including opportunity shaping, proposal development, Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
Develop and maintain strategic account plans to drive growth, deepen client relationships, and expand Slalom's footprint.
Identify opportunities for growth and maturation of Slalom offerings across healthcare and adjacent industries.
Maintain awareness of healthcare industry trends, including digital transformation, patient experience, workforce optimization, data and AI, cloud, and operational excellence.
Provide leadership and oversight across multiple client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Build $3M+ in annual new business while helping manage and grow a portfolio of $10M-$20M+.
Maintain a utilization target of approximately 40% while actively supporting delivery quality and client outcomes.What You'll Bring
Extensive experience in healthcare, consulting, account leadership, business development, delivery leadership, or client-facing professional services roles.
Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including provider organizations, health systems, payer organizations, or related healthcare enterprises.
Strong understanding of the Louisville healthcare ecosystem and key industry relationships.
Proven experience building trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies within complex healthcare organizations.
Proven track record of business development, including both net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
Experience owning or influencing portfolio performance, revenue growth, and business outcomes.
Strong understanding of healthcare transformation initiatives, including technology modernization, digital health, operational improvement, data and analytics, and organizational change.About Us

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges:The targeted base salary pay range for Director is $180,000 to $130,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
