Job Overview

Job description:

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented person to join our team.

The Environmental Specialist/Maintenance Staff are responsible for maintaining agency properties. The Facilities team is expected to perform deep cleaning and sanitizing facilities. The Environmental Specialist/Maintenance Staff will assist with the timely completion of assigned maintenance requests and assist with moving furniture, removing snow, and operating a variety of machinery and vehicles as needed. Other duties may be assigned by the Facilities Supervisor and/or Facility Operations Director.

Schedule : Monday – Friday 1:00pm- 8:30pm

Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum

  • Education: High school diploma or HSED (GED)

  • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets agency authorized driver criteria

  • Be able to lift 20lbs and occasionally 50lbs.

  • Six months of consecutive work experience

  • Other Requirements: Must be able to work well independently as well as with a team.

Preferred

  • Skills, Experience: Environmental or maintenance experience preferred.

Schedule : Monday – Friday 1:00pm- 8:30pm

The selected candidate acknowledges that offer is conditional until you complete a background check, pass the drug test, Pre-Placement Physical and have passed a TB test.
