Pay or shift range: $87,360 USD to $91,520 USD

Pulmonary Program Coordinator (RN)Salary: $87,360- $91,520 annually (depending on experience)Hourly Equivalent: $42- $44Shift: Full-Time
Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing at Beacon is seeking an experienced Pulmonary Program Coordinator (RN) to oversee and coordinate our Pulmonary Program. In this role, you'll provide clinical leadership, coordinate pulmonary-focused care, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support residents with respiratory and pulmonary needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Pulmonary Program

Coordinate individualized care plans for residents with pulmonary and respiratory needs

Monitor residents with respiratory and pulmonary conditions

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory providers, therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams

Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination for pulmonary residents

Provide staff education on pulmonary care and clinical best practices
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards

Participate in quality improvement and program development initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:

Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, pulmonary, respiratory, or subacute experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and care coordination skills

Experience with care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration preferred

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
