About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Vice President of Demand Generation to build and lead a predictable, scalable growth engine. This leader will own demand creation, pipeline generation, and opportunity acceleration across the customer journey. The ideal candidate can connect product engagement, marketing signals, and sales outreach to drive efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role will partner closely with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success. This role will be onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco or New York.

What you will do and achieve

  • Develop and execute an integrated revenue marketing strategy aligned with the company’s pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Lead global demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing teams.

  • Build integrated campaigns across digital, in-person, event, partner, and account-based channels.

  • Create sales-led growth and product-led growth programs that convert product usage, buyer intent, and account engagement into qualified opportunities.

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline, opportunity progression, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

  • Develop field marketing programs and experiences tailored to priority accounts, industries, and regions.

  • Partner with Sales to define target segments, improve lead management, and accelerate opportunities through the funnel.

  • Collaborate with Partnerships to build joint campaigns and programs that generate pipeline and expand customer relationships.

  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on launches, positioning, adoption, and expansion campaigns.

  • Lead paid media, account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, events, webinars, email, and content syndication.

  • Establish clear attribution, forecasting, experimentation, and reporting frameworks.

  • Develop annual and quarterly plans for campaigns, budgets, headcount, and performance.

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing revenue marketing organization.

  • Evaluate and optimize the marketing technology stack, agency partnerships, and channel mix.

  • Present performance insights, forecasts, and recommendations to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading revenue or demand generation teams.

  • Experience leading demand generation, field marketing, and partner marketing functions in a global B2B organization.

  • Proven success building scalable pipeline programs in a high-growth environment.

  • Proven ability to create integrated digital and in-person campaigns that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and grow existing accounts.

  • Deep understanding of sales-led and product-led growth models, including how to integrate product signals with marketing and sales motions.

  • Strong expertise in digital acquisition, account-based marketing, lifecycle marketing, field marketing, and marketing operations.

  • Experience managing significant budgets and improving acquisition efficiency.

  • Strong command of funnel metrics, attribution, forecasting, and revenue analytics.

  • Proven ability to align Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Customer Success around shared goals and processes.

  • Experience with CRM, HubSpot, marketing automation, intent, attribution, and analytics platforms.

  • Strong people leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Location: This role will be onsite 5 days a week in San Francisco or New York.
