Document Imaging and Data EntryScan highly confidential HR documents into the imaging system.Apply appropriate metadata and data tags for accurate recordkeeping.Confirm successful digital storage of each document.Document Management and ComplianceEnsure proper handling of sensitive paper records.Follow established procedures for the secure destruction of original documents after imaging.Maintain compliance with HR data retention policies.Administrative SupportProvide general support to the HR administrative unit.Assist with workflow tracking, organization, and clerical needs.Ad Hoc HR ProjectsContribute to special projects and assignments as needed.Assist with HR initiatives during peak periods or when additional support is required.
