Join an established, stable and well-respected team of physicians and Nurse Practitioners

Practice setting: Inpatient

Physician will provide consultation services, Monday-Friday

Busy and well-respected Palliative Care Service

Looking for physicians that thrive in a multidisciplinary teams and are comfortable working alongside Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Social Workers and Chaplains

Opportunities to participate in quality committees and teach medical trainees

Excellent office support staff

Board Certified Palliative Care Hospice

Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
-
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulationobtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
-
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
