Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Cabinet Designer and Sales Professional to manage customer projects from initial design consultation through final installation. In this role, you will guide clients through layout creation, material selections, and estimates while coordinating closely with our installation teams to ensure seamless project execution. You will help clients create beautiful and functional spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong emphasis on personalization and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client consultations and design functional, aesthetic cabinet layouts using design software.
Generate accurate project estimates, quotes, and proposals.
Manage the complete sales pipeline from showroom/in-home consultation to contract closing.
Coordinate ordering, scheduling, and project details with the installation and operations teams.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in kitchen and bath design, cabinetry sales, or a related home-improvement field.
Strong proficiency in 2D/3D cabinet design software. Ideally experience in 2020 Design (Design Flex - Cyncly)
Excellent interpersonal, spatial, and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Salary + Commission

PTO, 401k, Paid Holidays

Full Time - Monday through Friday
