Full job description
This person must be an experienced help lead and facilitate hospital working sessions associated with:

ServiceNow design and configuration workshops.

Assignment group design and operational alignment.

Greenfield Service Catalog development and workshops.
-
Out-of-the-box ServiceNow process design and implementation.

Consultative guidance to client SMEs on decisions, requirements, and recommended practices.

Coordination with client stakeholders to keep design decisions and implementation activities moving toward go-live.
The primary need would be a hands-on, consultative resource who can facilitate these sessions and guide our teams through the ServiceNow onboarding and design process, rather than simply provide project coordination.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($x - x/hourly ) . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
