Recruiting Coordinator
Brief Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting recruiters and hiring managers.
Responsibilities

Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars

Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process

Post job openings and track applicant activity

Prepare interview materials and offer documentation

Maintain applicant records in the ATS

Support onboarding coordination for new hires
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred

1+ years of recruiting, HR, or administrative experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
