Full job description

Globaledit is the technology platform within CoCreativ, a family of integrated creative production companies that also includes Industrial Color and Smashbox Studios. Globaledit helps brands and creative teams manage the full content production process, from capturing and organizing assets through collaboration, review, approval and delivery. As part of CoCreativ, Globaledit brings together deep creative-production expertise and technology designed to make complex content workflows faster and more efficient.

We are seeking a Product Manager to own a key area of Globaledit’s product roadmap and lead features from discovery through delivery. This may include AI-powered tools, functionality for media and entertainment customers, or features that support new business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you will partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, account management, and customers. You will initially lead initiatives already identified on the roadmap and, as you learn the product and its users, begin developing your own product ideas and recommendations.

This is a hybrid role based in New York, with in-office work in Tribeca Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Own features and enhancements from discovery through launch and iteration.

  • Manage a defined product area, including its backlog, priorities, and delivery.

  • Conduct user research and translate customer needs into clear product requirements.

  • Write product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.

  • Partner with engineering and design to scope solutions, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver user-centered features.

  • Lead product activities for an assigned engineering team, including standups and sprint planning.

  • Use customer feedback, competitive research, and product data to guide decisions and measure results.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Account Management on launches, positioning, and customer adoption.

  • Present product recommendations and priorities to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Contribute to product strategy and long-term roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of product management experience.

  • Experience working in a SaaS, B2B, startup, or comparable digital product environment.

  • Experience managing product features from discovery through delivery in an Agile setting.

  • Experience conducting user research and translating feedback into product decisions.

  • Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners.

  • Strong product judgment, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Comfortable making day-to-day product decisions and balancing multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms.

  • Experience using product data or adoption metrics to evaluate performance.

  • Ability to work onsite in our Tribeca office three days per week.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with a visual, design, collaboration, media, entertainment, or creative technology product.

  • Experience developing AI-powered features or using AI tools and agents.

  • Familiarity with SQL or other database-querying tools.

  • Coding, prototyping, or technical experimentation experience.

  • A personal or professional background in photography, design, art, media, or another creative field.
