The Opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Voice AI and autonomous AI agents to drive the continued evolution and adoption of our AI-powered customer experience products. You’ll take ownership of an established product line, connecting engineering, customer needs, and market opportunities. Working within an active product environment, you’ll quickly build domain knowledge, drive execution, and deliver measurable value to customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the ongoing lifecycle of our AI-driven products, steering execution from backlog prioritization and sprint delivery to rollout, ensuring high responsiveness, low latency, and an exceptional user experience.

  • Serve as the central link between technical teams and external stakeholders, translating complex technologies (Voice AI, LLMs, autonomous agents, and Computer Vision) into valuable consumer and enterprise features.

  • Balance day-to-day execution with developers and data scientists while engaging directly with market trends, customer feedback, and business partners.

  • Define detailed PRDs, feature specs, and prioritized roadmaps grounded in real customer pain points and business impact.

  • Measure product performance, engagement, retention, and operational ROI to drive data-informed iterations and long-term product value.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on Product Management experience across B2C or SaaS products.

  • Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience in Voice AI, Conversational AI, or Autonomous Agents (including LLM-driven workflows and action-oriented agent architectures).

  • Familiarity or prior experience in relevant domains such as Smart Home, Telecom, Connected Devices (IoT), or Consumer Tech.

  • Demonstrated ability to step into an existing product infrastructure, quickly grasp domain-specific nuances, and drive value and continuity from Day 1.

  • Strong inbound product management skills working closely with R&D and Product Design, combined with outbound experience in customer engagement, market analysis, and go-to-market execution.

  • Proven experience working with global markets or US customers; excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.

Why Work With Us?

  • Meaningful AI Technology: Work on Visual and Spatial AI products that help customers solve real-world problems.

  • Shape Product Evolution: Influence the experience, roadmap, and growth of an established AI product line.

  • Measurable Impact: See how your decisions improve customer outcomes, adoption, and business performance.

  • Work Across Disciplines: Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and experienced domain experts.
