HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in beautiful Fort Pierce, Florida. Located just one hour north of West Palm Beach, this Level II Trauma Center serves the Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties and offers an exceptional practice environment supported by advanced technology and a strong anesthesia care team.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Anesthesia Care Team Model: 9 physicians and 27 CRNAs

  • Broad case variety: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, and Peds

  • High-volume environment: 11,500+ annual surgical cases

  • State-of-the-art facility:

  • 13 ORs + 15 SOS

  • 2 dedicated open-heart ORs

  • 2 OB ORs (Level III NICU)

  • Level II Trauma Center

  • Flexible scheduling: 8-, 10-, 12-, 14-, and 24-hour shifts

  • Call: Backup weekend beeper call from home (Fri 7p–7a; Sat/Sun/Holidays 7a–7a)

  • 1 physician + 1 CRNA in-house at all times

  • Top-of-license practice with demonstrated proficiency

Compensation & Benefits

  • $75,000 start date bonus + relocation assistance
