Solutions Engineer

We’ve officially closed our Series A and are ready to accelerate. After growing from 1 to x0 Mid-to-Large Enterprise customers last year, we’re seeking a motivated Solutions Engineer to help us scale—owning the technical journey beyond demos.The Role — Ownership from First Touch to Success: Drive the technical win via discovery, deep-dive demos, and technical evaluations; own POC success criteria, architecture guidance, evaluation planning, enablement, and stakeholder engagement; act as voice of the customer to inform product and share patterns; ensure success and adoption alongside Account Management; collaborate and trade off with other SEs; work with a customer-facing DevOps team for deployment support.Background: 2+ years as a Solutions Engineer with proven multi-month POC support; experience with formal POCs; technical depth in one or more: Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker architectures; EKS/GKE/VKS; building test automation pipelines/infrastructure; deep understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub); or a proven record of learning new tech quickly.Soft Skills & Logistics: High EQ, strong storytelling, able to speak to senior engineers and leadership; remote-first, async-friendly team; primarily EST collaboration respecting work-life balance.Interview Process: Initial screen; meet the team; practical exam covering discovery, technical demo, and architecture/objection handling; meet the founders.
