Always Best Care is searching for highly compassionate certified home health aides to provide care for clients within their own homes! Are you ready to make a difference? Pay: Starting at $18-$22 per hour Location: Manalapan, Englishtown, Freehold, Marlboro areas Shifts: Hiring for all shifts and hours, both full and part time Benefits and perks: * Competitive pay starting at $18-$22 per hour * Health Benefits (Medical, dental, vision) * 401K * Training Certifications like Dementia CDP or Certified Medical Assistant * Referral Bonuses * Mileage Reimbursement * Flexible scheduling - choose the hours you want to work! Responsibilities: * Provide assistance with acts of daily living like bathing, grooming, incontinence care * Assist with mobility * Light housekeeping and cleaning * Meal preparation and cooking * Transportation to appointments or errands Requirements: * Active New Jersey CHHA certification * At least 18 years of age or older * Authorized to work in the US * Valid Driver's License * Reliable transportation * 6 months of experience Always Best Care is an equal opportunity employer.
