Self-Direction Community Habilitation & Respite - Designated
NOTE: THIS IS NOT AN OPEN POSITION
This is a filled position - please complete the application only if you have already been selected by the person we support and/or a family member. *In the referral source, you must list the person you will be working with.
The Self-Hired staff member is responsible for providing individuals with developmental disabilities with training and supervision to the extent required by their Life Plan. This training and supervision will take place in whatever setting is deemed appropriate under the plan's guidelines, which have been developed with the individual.
You are subject to all appropriate testing's for employment by The Arc, Oneida-Lewis Chapter, the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), and the New York State Justice Center.
